I encountered further disturbances from loud barking dogs, uninviting parking conditions, and a lack of staff assistance. Management must prioritize maintenance and customer service improvements. This property failed to meet expectations significantly, leaving me with a sense of disappointment that lingers. Better options exist for travelers seeking a quality experience.

Comfortable pillows and mattress made for a decent night’s sleep, but the hotel had its challenges. A mix-up with my Uber led me to a staff member who was incredibly helpful. The shuttle driver at the correct location was also exceptionally accommodating. On the downside, noise from barking dogs and cleaning staff made it hard to relax. Breakfast was chaotic and far from appetizing, with mostly cold options. The parking situation was a headache, filled with potholes and double-parked cars. With some updates needed, it was a mixed bag of service and comfort.

The hotel is just a 7-minute drive from the Mall of America and surrounded by great parks like Richardson Nature Center and Centennial Lakes Park, making it an awesome base for exploring the area! Plus, the beds were super comfy and the staff, especially one helpful member named Brittany, made our stay even better! The breakfast was decent too, but the pool could definitely be cleaner and they need to keep the breakfast stocked better throughout the morning.

The room was always clean and had a pleasant smell, making our stay more enjoyable. The daily cleaning of the hallways was also a nice touch, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Unfortunately, there were some areas that needed improvement. The sitting area in our room was worn out and in need of updating. The mattress and pillows were not very comfortable, which affected our quality of sleep. the lack of ironing facilities was inconvenient for us as we had wrinkled clothes that needed attention. the location of the hotel was quiet and convenient, and the staff were friendly. We also appreciated the availability of laundry facilities on our floor. the closure of the hot tub, without prior notice, was disappointing as we were looking forward to using that feature. The breakfast provided was lacking compared to other hotels, with limited options available. our experience at La Quinta had its ups and downs.

I chose La Quinta for its convenient location near Wood Lake Nature Center. The scheduled shuttle service exceeded my expectations, and the expanded selection of 24-hour snacks and personal care items was a pleasant surprise.
Limited parking availability and slow response to pool towel requests.

The FREE hot Bright Side Breakfast was a feast fit for a queen! Cultural adventures at the majestic Minnehaha Park were enchanting. The 24-hour snack shop saved me from late-night hunger panics. I felt important with the business center at my fingertips.
Love playing hide and seek with housekeeping.

We had a mostly enjoyable stay at a hotel in Bloomington during my daughter's birthday. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly and accommodating. We especially appreciated the free shuttle service to the airport and Mall of America, which made exploring the city easy. The facilities, including the pool and gym, were great. We also liked the convenience of having laundry on site and the delicious breakfast with a variety of options. it was a good experience.
There were a few disappointments during our stay. The biggest letdown was the false information we received about the pool being open.

we generally prefer LaQuinta when we travel. the breakfast area was huge though we didn't use it. the pillows were fantastic and the elevators ran fast. the staff were all friendly and professional! ruby, the staffer working the dining room was was great! she attended to everyone's needs with a smile. rhe cleaning staff were amazing especially since they were shorthanded! i was shocked to experience such good quality for such a great price.

the rooms are nice and clean. the location is wonderful. we enjoyed the Mall of America shuttle and the friendly drivers. the sweet lady who helped with breakfast was the only kind person there and made our stay memorable. we also loved the bright colors in the rooms.

I was impressed with the quick check-in process. The 8th-floor elevator was efficient and quiet. The breakfast staff ensured a clean and pleasant dining experience. I had a fantastic stay.
